Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in fundraising or development roles.
• Proven success in securing major gifts and meeting fundraising targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in donor management software and MS Office Suite.
