Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead and oversee the financial planning and analysis function. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in financial strategy and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
• Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
• Evaluate financial performance by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their professional growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
