A growing organization is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Financial Analyst with opportunity to grow to Finance Manager to join its finance team. This role supports strategic decision‑making by delivering accurate financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, tech‑savvy, and comfortable working cross‑functionally to drive insight, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

You will leverage advanced Excel capabilities and modern AI‑powered tools to enhance reporting, streamline workflows, and elevate the quality of financial insights delivered to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, forecasts, and budgets.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership.

• Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.

• Use advanced Excel techniques (PivotTables, Power Query, dynamic arrays, macros) to automate and optimize reporting workflows.

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to improve analysis speed, generate insights, and streamline documentation.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support planning cycles and business initiatives.

• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis as needed.

• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Power Query, and financial modeling.

• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and analytical output.

• Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

• Familiarity with ERP systems.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
