Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with 12 to 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of complex financial systems and a proven track record of driving growth and profitability. This role is pivotal in steering the financial direction of the organization and ensuring the achievement of financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization's growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team.
• Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and oversee the preparation of all financial reporting.
• Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
• Establish and develop relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders.
• Review all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A CPA or MBA is preferred.
• 12-15 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., SAP).
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
