We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving financial strategies, providing insightful analysis, and supporting key decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial forecasts and reports.
• Develop comprehensive financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning activities.
• Analyze financial results and performance against budget, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and achieve financial goals.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Participate in the development of the annual budget and financial planning processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven track record in a managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and financial modeling applications.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in team management and development.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
