Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sanger. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, with a strong understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and benefits management. This role is instrumental in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll and benefits, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll for all employees accurately and in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
• Maintain accurate payroll and benefits records and handle any discrepancies promptly.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll and benefits integration.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports and tax filings as required.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
• Solid understanding of payroll practices and benefits regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with specific payroll and HR systems is a plus.
• Certification in Payroll or Benefits Administration is advantageous.
