Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will bring between 3 to 5 years of comprehensive HR experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures. This role is pivotal in supporting various HR functions, ranging from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new and departing employees.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive workplace environment.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations, staying updated on HR best practices.
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
