This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a maximum of 10 years being considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments, handling any conflicts or changes with professionalism.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic office management.
  • Support team members with ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
