This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience, with a maximum of 10 years being considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area, ensuring that it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Coordinate scheduling and appointments, handling any conflicts or changes with professionalism.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and basic office management.
- Support team members with ad hoc tasks as required to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in a front desk or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
