Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Supervisor to join our team in Fresno. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 7 years of relevant experience in human resources, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of personnel.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist in the resolution of benefits-related issues.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to improve employee performance and development.
• Handle employee relations issues, mediating and resolving conflicts as necessary.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a human resources role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
